Nikolas Woods has been a resident of Norwalk for over 20 years, allowing him to share many of the experiences our residents face daily. His commitment to the city is not through words alone, but through actions. Being a teacher at Lakeside Middle School, he has established connections with hundreds of families during his tenure as a teacher. Getting to know his students’ families, even through the worst of times, has shown a new light on what needs to be fixed in our community.
Completing his Bachelors and Masters degrees from CSU Dominguez Hills and San Jose State University, respectively, has given him not only the skills, but the knowledge to make a lasting impact on his students. With this knowledge and understanding of how to shape young minds, we can work together to create proper spaces for our families to thrive in.
Nikolas believes that our streets need to be walkable, safe, and clean in order for all those in Norwalk to feel like they belong. We have a great city, now lets do what we can to make sure that we can make it the best it can be.
I humbly ask for your vote this November 3rd.
